The Depression is sweeping Europe, but due to the economic security of the vast American Empire, the US is not affected. Japan, Australia and China and even Norway are all US allies and are profiting from this friendship. Europe is rampant with anti-American feelings and economic troubles create further tension. Germany, France, England and the USSR form the Berlin Pact, a group designed to fight against the American superiority. In 1939, combined Pact forces move against the US and her allies.
