Developed over the last 9 years, the LOUD Project is a complete reworking of the core code for Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance. Focusing specifically on improving not only the AI, but overall game performance - LOUD can now easily run games with 5000+ units, at normal speed, on 40k and larger maps. The package includes subsets of many of the most popular mods, adapted specifically for use with the LOUD project, and an entire collection of updated maps specifically marked to optimize performance with the LOUD project.

When I installed LOUD for Supreme Commander Forged Alliance and tried to start game with AI, I got the problem. I clicked "Launch" and after it the loading window with "get loud" text appeared. But this loading was endless. I was waiting during 1 hour with no progress. Can anyone help me?

This means that something important is broken - and only your game log file will reveal what that might be. The launcher will help you locate that file - and if you join our Discord server (the link is right on the front of the launcher screen) you can drag and drop that file directly onto our bug-reports channel. From there, I can read the file and give you an immediate diagnosis.

Ok, I checked this file and find the next error:

We patched the cause of this last night - have you updated today ? If so - please, if you can, come onto the Discord and post your log file onto our bug-reports channel. I'll diagnose it fully and we'll get to the bottom of it as quick as possible.

I loaded the patch, but it does not resolve problem. I sent log file to bug-reports discord channel.

I had this problem and it turned out to be one of my FAF mods that was causing the issue. I use 4 mods in FAF and they do load in Loud. Some are somewhat compatible but they do cause issues so I've ended up disabling all when playing Loud.

Disable all and then retry - enable one by one until you find the culprit.

LOUD keeps a USERMODS folder inside the LOUD folder. It also has the ability to find your mods from the vanilla or FAF version of the game - if you toggle on the 'external mods' option in the launcher.

What we have seen, more than a few times, is new players copying all their existing mods, into the USERMODS folder in LOUD (where they are always seen). The problem occurs when one of those mods uses the same directory structure as we use with the mods that come with LOUD. So, for example - Total Mayhem. If there is a TOTAL MAYHEM directory, in the USERMODS folders, it will load up right alongside the LOUD version of TM, and all kinds of things will start going sideways.
