I don't think much of your lighting choices, seems rather bland and white in most of these screenshots. Could do with maybe varying the light sources a bit and changing the light colour to something with a little bit more of a blue colour to it.
The shadows are also very black and hard, which looks unnatural.
I agree with Selby, the lighting is a bit bland. Fluorescent lighting is good in hallways and office areas, but not open spaces such as storage and maintnence ways. I would recommend a dim yellow light, or possibly red lights. Either one enhances the visuals of the room.
