Life Force AoS is an Aeon of Strife-style map that offers intense combat and strategy.
Aeon of Strife means that there will be two AI Controlled forces that combat eachother on a large battlefield, sending constant squadrons of infantry and vehicles at eachother.
Each team allows up to five players to directly control heroes of their choice, (or randomly chosen for you, depending on gamemode).
The game ends when either team has destroyed the opponents Command Bunker in the far rear of their base.
Each side has a regenerative generator that heals players, surrounded by stores that sells a wide variety of weapons, armours and other useful gadgets, in their respective bases.
There are also recipes that allows players to combine items to create their own unique item-setup.
Pick your hero, equip him, and join your teammates on the battlefield and challenge your opponents in epic battles.
You can choose to either join the USMSA = United Stars Military Space Agency
or the LEGION = Russian Space Superiority Legionnaires (Not an Abbrevation)
There's currently four people working on the Life Force AoS project:
SEWORA - Project Leader, Head 2D Artist, Head 3D Artist, Head terrainer, triggerer.
JACKAL - Website manager, Forum Head Administrator, Item Creator.
LUMINARIUM - Terrainer, Assistant-Triggerer.
JIGGANAUT - Head Triggerer, General Balancing, Gameplay Mechanics.
The work has been progressing slowly recently due to work in real life and otherwise things that consumes our time and prevents us from working non-stop on the project.
We're about to launch an internal alpha to finalize the balancing and gameplay mechanics.
Currently we're facing a problem that's quite time-consuming;
- Items/Recipes, we're trying to figure out how to setup the item system to allow freedom and variety in item-setups.
However, we're still moving foward at a slow but steady pace, and we're hoping to release the map soon, so we'll be posting a definite release date in the next 2 weeks, so keep tuned!
