Level-Up! RPG mod for Unreal

The mod is part of project Unreallity which was started around 2009. Level-Up! RPG is currently a server-only mod, but at some point will have a release for personal use once the mappack accompanying it has been developed.

There are currently two 24/7 servers running on 227j/227k, based in Europe and US East, available through the server browser.

• Lemon Village: A village hidden within the hills of Velora, this village is the starting point of your adventure. Quests, shops, chatter, gambling and farming are some of the things you can do here!
• Quests: Main storylines that revolve around you, following the footsteps of 849 across Na Pali. Other quests that help you expand your capabilities, or just to gain more crystals.
• Evolved enemies: instead of just making enemies soak up bullets, enemy AI will scale with the player, giving them more abilities to counter the player. Enemies appear in groups, and can be led by a Champion with its own bonus abilities.
• Loot-n-Shoot: As expected from an RPG, items of various rarities drop with random stats, in many forms (more than 200 unique stats).
• Skill-based classes: Players can choose between 3 different human and nali classes, with each its own skill set and skill tree.
• All-In-One maps: Thanks to the 227 team at OldUnreal, the servers run the entire campaign maps at the same time via sublevels, allowing a player to go to SkyTown for some Krall action, while the others are hunting Skaarj in Dig.
• Achievements: For completionists and collectors, there are achievements to get.
• Micromanaging galore: The players can equip up to 4 weapons at a time, as well as armors, suits, belts, boots, artifacts, and more! You can even have your own little minion Krall which you can unlock and level, as well as bot companions to help you fight off tougher groups.
• Cross-server stats: Currently a work in progress, the mod will allow players to join any connected server in a Level-Up! network and have the same equipment and stats on them.
