looks like photo editing. even if it is not.
actually it is photo editing. Hopefully it will be an actual model.
im gana model him and then make him a player model and try to get it to be the player model once you type in console thirdperson
make sure you shorten up his torso as it seems very long atm, talk about ghetto sagging. Other than that, it looks pretty good.
The torso looks long because of the angle the photo was taken and its also because the shirt is a bit long.
EDIT* It's also because of the belt ^^
