Wow, this has some incredible detail for an infantry model.
Make it one infantry per squad, can it be possible?
it is possible to have 1 soldier squads, and that is the easy part the hard part is going through every garrison-able unit and structure in the game and fixing the garrison slots to accommodate more infantry
And why would you only want one unit? It's a hundred times harder too keep track of everything if you do that. It'd make more sense too just eliminate certain unit types on the squad level and just combine them. i.e. an infantry squad a grenadier squad and a missile squad are replaced with a multi-role infantry unit armed with a missile launcher and a grenade launcher along with their assault rifles.
sorry 4 late answer , but it will be the opposite , im still tryng to get a decent "upgrade" function to let the player preset his own customized infantry team
