If you mean Rothana-made, no. It is the Knight's original flagship the Immortal.
It's nearly a 4000 year old vessel using tech from the Rakata and designed by Revan and Drake. It was visually designed similar to the ships Revan witnessed being built by the True Sith Empire. It's Rakata Tech allowed the crew to survive in stasis for nearly 4000 years while the ship was hidden within a asteroid.
A month in drydock was all that was needed to get the vessel brought back to active service due to already being advanced well beyond it's years..
