Prodigy now also have Advanced articulator upgrade to help it seem like more of a threat as commando class
Travelers 59 Ravager's speed also had been increased from 185% to 280% when Advanced articulator upgrade had been purchased

One of the most powerful, useful and irritating commandos (to come up against) in any C&C game apparently needs help too seem like more of a threat.
Eh eh, well if you think it already was a threat and that it may just going to make it over powered then you can always feel free to say so : )
The main issue with the Scrin's masterminds and Prodigy for noobs were that it was more for tactic/support use compared to the other commandos who can destroy buildings and kill infantry in a few shots (and in my patch they can now blow up tanks as well) so keep the Prodigy up I thought about make it annoying with it's speed.
It may won't change the fact that it more tactic/support unit but it will make it faster to dodge from such shots (or to run away after you capture a unit :P )
