The scramblers on Future Tank would be larger, aswell the threads would be.
It needs bigger threads. As well, it need to be a bit... larger, too.
i also agree with biger threads but i also see that its gun back side to be a second weapon as it is in ra3,also i think the lab has some fliped ar deleted polys in the upper part i can see the ground through it,excpet that they r great

At least without textures this Defense Bureau doesn't look like it has a giant calculator on the front (check the RA3 counterpart if you don't know what I mean). :V
