does the mcv deploy it self? or haz it the dozer funtion like in generals?

Right now the MCV is like a Dozer. The MCV along with the Slave Miner is built at the Con Yard. Hypothetically I could make the MCV deploy into the Con Yard, but I still have research to do in regards to getting the Con Yard to build structures itself.
