Why add a forest planet if there's already a Terran planet? Isn't Terran supposed to be already covered with forests before being colonized? Anyway nice mod...
A terran planet is a mixed planet actually. If you look at earth, you will notice that depending on the region there are large deserts and frozen tundra.
Imagine a forest planet as being almost completely covered by thick vegetation, no different climate regions (or regions with very little difference in temperature, wind strenght and humidity), no large oceans (but huge drinking water swamps underneath the foilage instead).
I imagine a large lack of salt and a slight difference in sun orbit orientation compared to earth might create such a planet.
Ok... So it would be a planet that would probably have higher population and mining bonuses than a terran planet... But it would also have so much oxygen in it's atmosphere that its easily incinerated by planetary bombardment... So it would be a planet with very very low planet health...
