Imperiale Saeculum mod for Hearts of Iron IV

Imperiale Saeculum is a mod set in 1888 in a vastly different world from ours. The point of divergence is the 9th July 1773 in which George Washington is enlisted and fights in the Braddock Expedition being one of the many who died at the hands of the natives. The American revolution starts however there is no real command instead an independence council. Thomas Jefferson becomes a popular figurehead with his clause in the Declaration of Independence taking control of the army. However this proves to be a fatal fault as Jefferson underestimates the British army and uses French line fighting tactics. The revolution is quickly crushed with many revolutionists fleeing to the mountain states and those captured slaughtered in public. Also in the Americas many independence movements in Spain are quickly crushed due to less backing caused by the quick crushing of American revolution. Spain is still, in 1888, struggles to keep hold of there overseas colonies with many independence movements fleeing to mountains and strategic locations. Civil war seems imminent. In Europe the French Revolution seems imminent however without debt caused by American aid France sets up a communal monarchy feeding the poor. This goes well into 1885 when Britain sets up a mass trade embargo after intercepting a French arms convoy heading towards the Americas. Spain sends economic aid to then forming the bourbon Defense pact however people are still starving and civil war seems likely. Without a French Revolution napoleon never comes to power. Without a Napoleonic threat Germany never starts its unification movements and the HRE never falls. However inside the HRE independence movements are starting to form with many nations like Bavaria, Prussia and the Rhine leaving. Prussia sets up a joint monarchy with Hindenburg and Wilhelm II with the sole aim of unifying German speaking people and crushing the HRE with the help of imperial Russia.
