Imperial Reign is a Star Wars total conversion to the critically acclaimed Company of Heroes and its expansions Opposing Fronts and Tales of Valor. It's a remote detonator pack. It was realized in 3d by the Jedi Knight series. I made a slightly higher detail version and it's going to replace the demolition.

Jedi Outcast? sounds like Brotherhood Outcast from Fallout 3
Clearly, they have the monopoly on the word 'Outcast'. Quick call the internet police!!

Jedi Outcast came before that and is an slightly older fps style game from Lucas Arts.
Fallout 1 and 2 were developed around roughly same timeline as some of the first jedi knight games so any similarities are coincidental.
Also I like the model for the det pack its very good and as i posted on a different picture i love the possibilities *imagines setting up bombs along an entire route and then waiting for rebel scum to try and cross it*
