Amazing work! CoH Moddellers are as rare as a Jedi these days. Don’t you want to record your workflow to help speed up the lesser modders!

Well the workflow differs, from model to model. involves a lot of trial and error and therefore is quite time consuming. I would have to make a lot of pretty long recordings, which would need to be edited and such.

What is with the azimuth markings (I assume thats what they are) on the Centaur CS? was it to be used in some sort of indirect fire role?

Yes. From what I have read, those markings were especially applied for D-Day landings, so an external observer could stand outside on the landing craft and read immediately what direction the turret is pointing so he can lay them on to shore targets quicker.

Just make a recording of a simple Teller mine stahl Mine model and bone it and skin it (making normals) and OE and implementation in the game. This I’m sure takes 1 hour to do. Bitte

Sadly playing vs british AI lag unplayable, no matter which mod I've installed, even vanilla.

yep. there was no official production or anything, but it was a pretty obvious field modification. just mount the mortar on top of the engine deck and there you go.
There were also 2 "official" 3-inch carriers, but one was built and exclusively used by the Australians , while the british/canadian vaiant just was modified to carry the 3-inch mortar at the rear , for firing it had to be set up outside, like the standard mortar

Both available for the Brits in the campaign missions. Trusck for quick & cheap troop transport as well.
