Immersion 1944 is a - finally - Singleplayer Mod for Company of Heroes 1. It provides tons of historical skins, several new missions and enhanced campaigns that are altered to better mimic the historical engagements, with more correct units, bigger vehicle choice and lots of random stuff that makes every single vehicle or soldier look unique.

Oh this is nice! Will this be the first time a custom mission appears in a CoH mod? Also, will we need ToV to play these?

good question, but I think you might need ToV atm... as it replaces a ToV campaign, I am afraid. This can be changed for the Final release though. And yes, there have been other custom missions but not in this quantity. ;)

yep. :) Its a good idea to get ToV anyway, as those campaigns are updated as well.

Nice work! Mind if I ask how stable the missions are at the moment? I've heard that SP missions can be hard to create in CoH.

one or two might cause errors from time to time, but beside from that, they are quite stable.

'Some were tests by Relic and buried in the files' hmm interesting! What kind of test missions or unused missions were these? In another screenshot you mention a Juno Beach mission, was that one of them?

I guess they were really meant to be test or tryouts for the programmers / designer. There are quite a lot of them, and I only "revived" those that were playable and entertaining. The Juno Beach mission was a custom one, published on Relicnews Aeons ago...

Description

The "Mixed Encounters" are 15 SP missions, for various nations, that are either too small or dont really fit into the other campaigns.
Some were tests by Relic and buried in the files, I revived and pimped them, some are selfmade. Many of them have random weather, which affects
the visibility f.e , which adds a little bit to the replay value.
