That is a T-55/54.
I assume you haven't asked the Cold War Crisis team for permission to use their M60A3 model and textures yet, have you?
i assume you don't know that people can use a real life design without asking other modders first?

And thus you're saying everyone is free to use the models and textures in Cold War Crisis because they're based on real life designs? You need to serious rethinking on your logics there.
What the ****? You can't go around stealing people's stuff, even if it is based on a real life tank.
Just get a picture of the tank you want and re-create it yourself. Don't be so lazy.
The design isn't the problem - eveybody (who's talented enough) can reuse the design - if he creats the model HIMSELF.
But unfortunately that's NOT the case here...
The model (not just the design) is taken entirely AS IS from the Cold War Crisis mod.
You must ask for permission to use this model and skin and give proper credits to the model creator.
The fact that's it's a real life unit is irrelevant.
As you probably know - creating models and skins is a hard and time consuming work (or else you would've created you own model already).
So just go ahead and ask for permission.
And if you don't get the permission - don't use the model!
As simple as that!
That goes also for the models taken from Mideast Crisis mod.
