Well, here's the cut harpoon from Lost Coast. I used this as reference: Half-life.wikia.com . It's going to be a melee weapon, with a throw-able function. If you want to throw it with the Gravity Gun, then you just drop it with the drop weapon button, and pick it up. Then, you toss it with the Gravity Gun.
This took 10 minutes. It was harder with the memory lag I had, but I got through.
