Nice but the orange area should stick out because thats what transmits the electricity. Or make it switchable electric and non-electric. Also the middle part is a little too thin to support the top. Other then that, awesome.

Thanks. I couldn't decide whether the orange part should stick in or out. My sister said in looks better. I think so too. If you want it changed, I can change it. I'll also try make the middle part thicker, but the material is going to be very thick plastic. It should work. The button near the handle is the switch. And it WILL be a switch. Press alternate fire to change the discharge option.

Well, you don't really even have to make it stick in or out. If you're going to use bumpmaps, it works better if it's like the rest.
You'd save polygons too.

Great model. But why are you adding it? This is a Combine Soldier weapon, and there are no Combine Soldiers in Black Mesa.

Thanks! I know, but I said I'd add every weapon. It might go in multiplayer, or I might make another campaign in the 7 hour war or something. I won't use it in the main HyoernovA campaign.

Hey, I got an idea.
Because the stunstick needs a battery (in this case it's the ammunition), and you'd need pretty much because a lethal hit from a stunstick should use lotsa battery. So you would find these batteries all over the map, or you could use your AUX power. Or to give one damn lethal hit (Killing instantly, no matter what), you could mix the Aux and the battery, using both to their limit. So your AUX would go to 0 percent, and the battery would die. And if you'll do as my HUD said, the HUD shuts down.
It'd be balanced.

Good idea. OK. But it won't be suit battery, because that'll be weird. Not all combine have HEV suits. So, you can choose whether you wanna take stunbaton batteries, HEV SUIT battery, or AUX power. BTW, should I leave the orange part the way it is, or take it outside instead of inside?

I don't know for sure. Bump maps don't work for everyone, including me :(.

I think inside works better, because the orange stuff aren't attracting solar power or anything. It's up to the community, tell me what you want.

Description

The stun baton is used by the Metro Cops in Half-Life 2. It is used to subdue citizens. It is used often against Gordon himself. In Half-Life 2 Deathmatch and Gmod, it was used as a weapon, as it was cut from HL2. We're using it. It's slightly different. Sleeker, more detailed, and the orange stun battery is sticking inwards, instead of outwards.

It didn't take me long to do this, but I like it. Not many poly's, and very detailed. This will probably be the final model, before the texture. It won't be used in the HypernovA campaign, but might be used in some maps, including multiplayer.
