More seriously, can you add an graphic option to turn ON/OFF the few last graphic effect you add ?
What do you mean "the few last graphic effect I add"? The only global visual effect I can remember I added is the Halation, which is already in the skirmish option.
And sadly I can tell you the truth, the custom and territory skirmish options already reached their max capacity, which means not a single more skirmish option can be added, otherwise the game will crash...
