Not bad, was this a blender model? A couple things you could do to make it better would be resizing the hands, and sinking in the rib cage to follow straight up with the hips.

I tried to resize the hands and arms but there is a problem, I extruded them Directly from the body. A friend told me to make them separate as it will also be easy for me to work on it.

Yeah in valve's HL MP models the arms are not connected to the body. You can't see it though.

You could just re-size one side, delete the opposite arm, duplicate/mirror horizontally then weld up the vertices, regroup it all together again and reassign it all to a smoothing group. Also try out Ultimate Unwrap 3D pro for laying down the UV maps. Its commercial but very cheap, and Im using it to do all my HL2 stuff.

Description

Yeah guys, I made reptile by myself. With blender, it's one of my firsts human models (Actually the third). Don't tell me to use Milkshape 3D, I already know how to use it but I feel more confortable working with players on blender, don't know why.
I know the texturing sucks I'm really new to this and it's not my thing, so for a noob like me I think it looks really cool.

Leave some feedback if you want.
