At last, the first completely original weapon for HESK!
It's a WIP concept for a new Plasma Rifle (replacing the good-old... Plasma Rifle!).
Its planned properties are the follows:
• Ammo usage: Fusion material + Battery
• Magazine size: 60
• Max ammo: 250 / 300 grs.
• Fire rate: ~330RPM / Variable after upgrade.
• PPS (Power Per Shot): Grade 3 (slightly better than AS-Val, slightly worse than PKM).
• Electric consumption: Grade 3 (mid consumption) - On par with Minigun.
• Overheating danger: Grade 2 (automatic limiter) / Grade 3 after upgrade (high instability risk).
