Serbia had Kosovo at that time....
It was under UN control, that is why it's blue
yea i might sound like serb trigger boy but kosovo is not independ serbia still not accept indepence and kosovo dosent have army but i thing it might become country in future
What about the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic? I think it is still on conflict with morocco and mauritania, also is a full member of the African Union
