Это были лягушки??! ............ Я живу рядом с речкой и мне постоянно приходится их слушать по ночам, а то что я услышал тут совсем не похоже на лягушек. Какие-то неправильные лягушки. =)

This map is really good, those old Soviet industrial buildings add a lot to the dark atmosphere, same for all the growing vegetation and the surrounding decor. Also, all those ruined vehicles and Lenin's statue help planting the setting in Eastern Europe.

However, there is something I didn't like: the player is moving too silently, and there is not enough sounds apart from the ambient ones (the soundtrack and the frogs noise). It would be best to add stepping sounds specific to the types of terrain for both the player and the enemies, like the sounds of movement among the vegetation (adding this to those fast headcrabs would really creep me out) or step sounds on concrete in the factory's court. CUBE (or at least the 2nd version) had several sounds which helped creating its atmosphere (like the different sounds of machinery moving blocks in the test chambers), and I'd be glad if Hatch 18 also plays on various sounds to create its own scary atmosphere.

Four things that would be cool in this mod.

1. you make more things english (Especially the posters and signs).

2. have more explanations (or storyline) for the creepy stuff that happens in the game, cube was really cool but really failed to tell why some of the supernatral events in cube took place. For eample why was there a piano?

3. You should make a part of the game where there is a dropship container filled with dead combine soldiers. As if someone (or something!) already killed them.

4. the foliage in this video is ugly and does not look realistic.

agreed and seeing as the combine tend to recycle human weaponry it would make sense to replace some of the weapons with salvaged Russian equipment.

for example

pistol = Yarygin PYa / MP-443 "Grach" or GSh-18

smg1 = AKS or AKM-74 with 45 round mag & GP-30 30mm GL

shotgun = RMB-93 combat shotgun, TOZ-194, or Saiga 12K "would require custom semi auto single and double shot animations"

grenade = standard issue RGD-5 fragmentation

also with few simple scripts you could get the alyx gun and father Grigori's Annabelle working with custom replacements of course.

Alyx Gun = SR-2 Veresk or PP-2000

Annabelle = Mosin-Nagant Carbine M1944, Vintage Russian 7.62x54mmR Winchester M1895, or armory surplus Simonov SKS carbine

id also recommend replacing the crowbar with something more native and improvised and give it to the player early on in the game. Like say a broken pipe section, hatchet, old fire axe, or even a metal bar salvaged from the ruins of the old bunker the player finds when escaping the combine transport train.
