The (Hard Core Tactical Mod) is a total conversion mod for Call of Duty 2. In this mod almost every aspect of Call of Duty 2 has been re-done in some form or another to take your Call of Duty 2 single player gaming experience to the next level. This mod is not intended for those looking for a shooting gallery type gaming experience. But if you’re looking for a real challenge and intense battles where tactics actually come in to play, then this is the mod for you.

Do you use the B2F old MG42 world model? Thats a nice world model I've ever seen. I'm use B2F new MG42 gun model, but I use the old world model because it's cool. Unfortunately, it is can only be downloaded from another mod website. But I'm still have the model.

It’s been so long sense I worked on the MG42 that I can’t remember exactly what I did. I do remember putting a lot of work into it though.

Ahahaha, it's okay, I'm just telling my opinion. And your mod seems so damn fantastic! I'm sure there's a lot of conversion you did. Anyway, how do you can change the sky box?

To change the skybox to an existing map you have to edit the .d3dbsp file. And if you want a custom skybox you would also have to edit the image and materials files as well.

I'm not sure what problems you're having with Notepad, but I opened a .d3dbsp file and edited it in Notepad without any problems. I don't have any free time to make a tutorial on this stuff because it can get pretty complex depending on what you’re trying to do. But keep in mind that the better the text editor the easier it will be to work on this stuff. If you do a search, I’m pretty sure you’ll be able to find a free text editor that’s better than Notepad.
