Actually, no. After playing Empire at War for so many hours, you'll start to recognize objects from the game. It isn't a nuke, it's the very bottom tip of the Rebel Space Station in Empire at War.
Wow, I just realised there's a nuke icon next to the retreat and reinforcement buttons! Will this be included in the game?

Will the NOVA bomb be in this that could replace the death star since its a planet killer
Yes. There will be the NOVA bomb with which you may blow Covenant away with to your heart's desire. You will have to build a new one each time though.

Are the fighters going to be scaled down? A group of longsword fighters make up a quarter of the size of the UNSC destroyer.

there has been no mention of a release yet, but a demo version should come out sometime this year

I like the idea of a ground mounted MAC gun or plasma battery, much like the Imperial hypervelocity gun and Rebel Ion Cannon in real EAW. The functionality is basically the same.
