Um if you read the description of the mod it says 'Original soundtrack (2 volumes) will be available after release..' I don't know if Tay has changed this, but I will ask him if I can put it on the modb or forums for download.
LoL, no we have no intention of using it in our mod, that would be theft and stuff ^_^, besides, we've had our own one in the works for ages anyways :P.

but this also reminds me of 1 of the origional halo songs... probably 1 from ACOTCR or the truth@rec

sounds great. i like it cause it keeps the same halo music the way it is but a great difference much like how halo 1 2 and 3 changed there music but keeping the basis still there.
