Updated: So how is this even being planned to be fulfilled into a mod? And will it only be available for a different version of Half-Life? Any progress? If that isn't answered then it's safe to assume that this is just a troll page for a mod that isn't even being developed or taken seriously. And by the mix of comments I'm not even sure.
