Updated game libraries for Half-Life: Sum. With Linux support and some other features.
Changelog:
- Added Linux support.
- Fixed a rare crash during the desert eagle usage.
- Fixed a potential crash when climbing a ladder on the map Sum3 (an engine bug fixed from the game library side).
- Added the cl_nvgstyle cvar for choosing between different night vision styles. 0 means Opposing Force and 1 means Counter Strike.
- Configurable distance for both Opposing Force and Counter Strike night vision styles, via cl_nvgradius_of and cl_nvgradius_cs cvars. The value is in the range between 400 and 1000 units for both NVG styles.
- HUD scale can be configured via hud_scale cvar where 0 means autoscale (depending on resolution), 1 means original scale and values higher than 1 mean upscaled.
- HUD turns white when NVG is turned on.
- Added Advanced settings tab.
Installation:
Unpack the archive into Half-Life/sum directory, replacing dll files.
Fitting stuff!
Unfortunately, according to virustotal.com, Cylance considers this file to be unsafe.
False positives happen.
The dlls for windows were built in the virtual machine on github and shipped to moddb through Linux computer.
I've uploaded updated dlls. Fixed a bug with player being able to pick up a dead shockroach, and also adjusted gonome's behavior to be closer to the Opposing Force. This time virustotal reports they're clean. Thanks for reporting.
