I agree with the others, get someone (or yourself) to do a localization, that will make more people take a look at your mod.
I have a friend translator. Maybe we will release an update soon. If we'll find english voice-actor :)

I extracted it with winzip, but how do i play the game? Do i need to make a shortcut?
Copy directory "induction" to direcory of your Half-Life. Create Label by hl.exe and write -game induction in line "Object" in properties of label. For example, D:\Games\Half-Life\hl.exe -game induction.
