Half-Life 2: Dark Legacy is a Half-Life 2: Episode Two modification set for release in 2012. Good ceiling rafters, but the lightning is strange. Instead of grey/whitish, you should make it a light/bright blueish-grey to signify 'industrial' areas. Also work on more props(crates, storage, tools, machinery), geometry detail(ceiling supports, wall braces, pillars), and throw in some more decals(logos/signs of industry, warning signs, CAUTION signs).

Use the light_spot entity with a low brightness light entity for illuminating the light source. Make sure your lights aren't white, make them slightly yellow for regular bulbs and blue-grey for fluorescent and high power bulbs.

I think the lighting looks decent, but I suppose you should change the color slightly to give it a hint of blue or yellow.

Try using a light_spot with about 450 brightness combined with a very dim light right under the prop with about 25-50 brightness.

A combination of light and light_spot coming from the same light prop can prove very good sometimes, but in some cases its just plain buggy or bad.

whoa, don't forget to mention the always useful point_spotlight entity! Those would make a major improvement in this scene.
