As of right now my goals for the next update mostly include game balance and making my mod enjoyable yet challenging. I may as well point out now that some features of my mod will take inspiration from one of my most favorite mods for EAW, the Alliance mod. I really recommend the Alliance mod, even though it is not finished and some of it may be very disorganized. Here is a link, Moddb.com .
List of goals for the next update
- Balancing all ships health, damage, and cost
- Planet garrison and population points (You can't defend 70 planets)
- Making maps that focus on tactical invasions/defense
- Adding more minor heroes (Bigger galaxy, more commanders to spread out)
- Engineer units (Defense only?)
- Fix the damn AI
- Make the FOJ campaign playable
- Set a dark atmosphere for the game
- Random campaign events + General story to follow ()12\31\16)
That's pretty much the list for now (I'll add to it as I go on). As always any ideas are welcome to improve my mod, thank you.
