GRIM AGE is a project, which has been in development for 3 years. Right now we're close to release of the first version of a mod. Our project is separated for two parts - single player (Ostland Campaign) and multiplayer sub-mod (Skirmish). We're gonna release Skirmish first, that is why all information you may find here is about it. SP part of our project will get it's own MODDB page when it's time is right.

Peasants are [BOT] type and have next types of sentences:
[IDLE]
[DEATH]
[GRUNT]
[ESCAPE]

ABOUT PEASANTS:
Peasants (stupid, stubborn, devout to Sigmar, heavily drinking, redneck)

“They have sausages festival at Heideldorf, Reikland. Vurstfest they call it. During harvest every village and arranges a holiday honoring their gods, their province, their Empire and their ancestors. Even the poorest eat sausages. All supplies are unsuitable in these sausages - all sorts of scraps of meat, bread, disposal, hooves, ash and even clay included in this composition. Fatter and strange taste, the better. They gorge themselves all day and a lot of fermented ale. In the evening, if not a fight broke out, they will begin. They squeal and scream, hit each other in that the arm will fall. Usually they are so drunk they do not notice strikes. When they are so drunk to lose consciousness, the festival ends. They think it is normal and even necessary in order to maintain good neighborly relations. I think this practice will tell you everything you need to know about the Empire”.

The peasantry makes up the preponderance of the Empire's population. While the Nobles rule and the Burghers trade, the Peasants toil. They are farmers laborers and herdsmen. In times of war they fight and die for the Empire. In lean times they starve while the Nobles stay fat. No one recalls what they do in the good times; there hasn't been any in living memory.
Many Peasants seek a better life in the city, only to join the legion of beggars on the verge of starvation. The majority spend their whole lives in a single village, surrounded by hostile country and only occasionally getting news of the outside world. While they are provincial and superstitious, the Peasants are the heart of the Empire.
Land is often parcelled out to commoners as a reward for military service, or merchants invest their wealth by purchasing the estates of impoverished nobles. Rarely, tenant peasants save enough to buy the fields they till from their lord.

«There are often joke in other provinces that every Ostlander looks like his uncle, but it would be foolish to say it in his face. The local village - it's big, overgrown family and on the basis of such a relationship formed even small towns»

Ostland villages are small and family driven. Inbreeding is constant and other provinces find this hard to believe, although they would never voice these opinions to an Ostlander.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT PEASANTS:
They're not heroes, not warriors, not nobles. They like to do nothing, eat, drunk, roll up with Molly/Rosa in the hay, etc. - not to slay somebody with Sigmar's blessing. They belongs to their villages, not to regiments. By the way there's no regiments of peasants - there's only crowds of stinky, muddy, hungry weaklings armed with pitchforks, clubs, knives, etc.
You should imagine this before you'll write the phrases.
