GREATHAMMER
-add new units...
-old units received new upgrade
-max popcap 200
-Super units are more efficient
-defenses building: sandbags, turrets, fied HQ.
-Heavy bolters and turrets do less damage, and worse suppress
-altered characteristics of damage of all weapons
-all tanks add 300-400HP
