Updated visuals......

Major Update:
- Added custom made visuals for Redcoats and Guerrieros.
- Dutch Church visuals updated to match industrial age roof textures.
- Ingame building rotation enabled.
- Corrected icon/portrait to Gatling gun.
- Dead bodies stay on map for 2 minutes.
- Many other fixes.....
Please uninstall previous versions before installing ​the new one.
