Grandcarma is a mod for Grand theft auto based on the game Carmageddon 1 and 2. The mod features a complete new world map, built up out of Carmageddon 1 and 2 racetracks. These tracks have been put together, and the landmass between the tracks has been modelled to create a continuous landscape. The mode will also feature some of the carmageddon cars, and maybe some mission coding, thought this is still far from done.
These are some of the screenshots from the current status the mod is in. All models have been exported to the game. Right now, it's up to the finetuning of the world by dressing it up with vegetation, streetlights and signgs, etc...
Btw i have an idea from this picture. since you said you might go for all the mission coding stuff. could you try to make a "memory" mission. i mean one that your character "remembers"(like in cod 4 the sniper mission). You could make thep layer port to the reskined Old Beaver town with retro stuff. That would be fun and would add even more gameplay area.

yeah I see what you mean, I think it can be done but I really haven't thought of all that yet. I must warn you that about the mission coding, I still have to learn everything, so I think I will start with only basic mission coding. See? By the way, thanx for all the reply's and comments
