The sub-mod is based on Gothic Total War 1.0 and introduces a huge amount of new units, buildings, provinces and events. All this fills the mod and gives it the atmosphere of the very Gothic, which, it seems to me, was lacking in the original mod.
In all three games of the Gothic series familiar to us, released at the moment, the action takes place in the same world. It is characterized by its own geography, biology and social structure, partly fictional and partly borrowed from the real world, which will serve as the basis of the mod. In the world of Gothic, there are two intelligent races - humans and orcs, whose cultures are opposed to each other. During the events of all games in the series, there is a permanent war between the two races after the invasion of orcs on the lands of people.
You have to decide the fate of Mordrag's world. Save the human kingdom from northern invaders, or destroy it and plant the orc banner over all of Myrtana. Lead the people of the Assassins to fame and fortune, or change the balance of power in the desert in favor of nomadic tribes. Unite the lands of Argaan into a single kingdom, create a new state led by Onar, or conquer the whole world with the Claw of Beliar. Decide which of the three gods will rule this world.

How is the modification available?
Gothic Total War (GTW). The project was in development for about 2-3 years and was released in 2012. The developers expected the development of the project to continue, but this did not happen. After the release, I decided to slightly change this mod "for myself" (corrected a couple of crashes, made a translation into Russian and a few more edits. Gradually, this resulted in the development of an independent submodification based on vanilla GTW called Gothic Total War: Chronicles of Myrtana (GTW: CoM ).forum.

How many people do?
Constantly - at least me. I also have my own team of testers who sometimes take me for an idea and partially implement it. We are now teaming up with developers from other projects to work on two mods together.

The mod crashes / does not work! What to do?!
If after installation you do not use the mod, it means that it is not installed correctly in 99% of cases. Combinations of crashes add up to bad versions of vanilla, weak system settings and, in fact, in some modification errors. At this point, the processing of applications for the release of the new version did not take place.
