Numerous changes to difficulty and balance. Install instructions are included in the folder.
Here are some of the changes. The rest can be found in the changelog located with the files.
0.) Item pickup sounds from Deus Ex:IW.
1.) Reduced healing effect of food and allow unlimited consumption. (Soda = 1 point, Candy bar = 2 HP, 2 BE, Soy = 3 HP)
2.) On Health tab, under Status, "Hunger" text removed.
3.) Added Laser rifle to VersaLife Labs and nerfed accuracy and damage
4.) Nerfed accuracy mods.
5.) Reduced headshot multiplier across the board.
6.) Medkits give 15-25-40-50 health at respective levels and health gained from Medicine skill reduced by half.
7.) Reduced crossbow accuracy and damage by 1 for player.
8.) Minor health buffs to NSF, UNATCO (as enemies) and MJ12 troops and/or reduce various limb and torso multipliers.

19.) Increased transgenic health (including grays) & more damaging greasel spit
20.) Randomized lower amount of ammo found in world, not corpses (i.e. box of 10mm ammo)
21.) Add some new items to the shop in Paris. Maybe some food, ammo (like prod charger for laser rifle), or some other stuff that wouldn't upset balance
22.) Randomized lower amount of credit chits
23.) Reduce Glock damage by like 1-2
24.) Slightly increased prices for a few of the cubbies at the self-service shop in HK
25.) Reduced biocell charge to 15-20
26.) Make Regen aug consume 130 units of power
27.) Recirculator follow tech levels: 10-20-30-40
28.) Nerf laser rifle accuracy by a decent amount & damage by a bit more
29.) Make Locksport and Cracked more expensive
30.) Sawed-off has a headshot multiplier of 6. Changed to 5 & made sure other guns are that way too.
31.) Lockpick/multitool hardcore values to: 5-10-15-40 -Neat Hack: +30% credit bonus (included text change in perk description)
32.) Made Spy Drone consume 115 units of power
33.) Added Dobermans to: Brooklyn Naval Yard, the NSF Tunnels before LaGuardia, in LaGuardia
34.) Displays amount of ammo found when picked up
35.) Moved laser rifle back to VersaLife first visit in gray cell
36.) Increased accuracy debuff for hurt arms by a bit
37.) Increased vending machine snack costs to 4
38.) Nerfed Spy Drone EMP attack
39.) Slight reduction of crossbow damage
40.) Increase NPC vision range, seeking, and hearing
41.) Increased NPC grenade blast radius
42.) Decreased pistol and rifle accuracy a bit more, increased recoil for both
43.) More prod charger and assault rifle ammo carrying capacity
44.) Decreased sniper rifle damage a bit and increase sway (both for just JC)

Great stuff, but the downside is that I cannot use it together with the Radial Augmentation Menu, which also contains the fixes from the Semi-official patch mod. A merge with this mod would complement the whole experience extremely nicely.
