WESTERPLATTE ver.2 file - Gloria Victis mod for Battlefield 1942

Briefing:

Westerplatte - a peninsula at the entrance to the port of Gdansk (Danzig), Polish Military Transit Depot in the Free City of Danzig. 5 guardhouses, 1 field gun, 2 anti tank guns, 4 mortars and about 200 soldiers. On the 1st of September 1939 at 4.48 AM outpost was attacked by the battleship Schleswig-Holstein and the German Naval Infantry. Over the next days the SS, Ju 87 Stuka bombers and artillery joined to the fight wich increased the German forces to about 3400 soldiers. Germans assumed that they will capture Westerplatte within a few hours but after 7 days of heavy fights exhausted Poles without hope to help laid down their arms ...
