Very nicely done! Especially, low health effect!
However, I think hit indicaters are a bit strange because it appears when soldiers entered vehicles.
Please make alternative version of HUD like vanilla, if it's possible.

Yes.. indicators in vehicles, that is known bug. We can't change it. Here is version for BF1942: Copy.com
