GMod is a Sandbox Modification. Using GMod you can pose ragdolls. This means can position people from HL2/CS/DoD and change their faces. A big comic book creating community has popped up around this feature. Using GMod you can build. Take props from HL2/CS/DoD and weld them together to make walls. Axis a wheel to it to create a working car. Rope some cans to the back. A big contraption creating community has popped up around GMod - creating such things as Rube Goldberg devices, catapults, cannons, bridges etc.. Using GMod you can make your own weapons. That's right, make your own weapons. Using Lua you can create a custom weapon to do just about anything. If you're new you can change simple things like rate of fire, models, sounds. If you're awesome the world is your oyster, mass changing guns, melon cannons, jetpacks. GMod gives you the freedom to do any of these things in single player or online with your friends.

how do i get TF2 ragdolls for gmod9? yes, i have TF2
You would need to extract the model's and materials you need from its gcf, and make a spawn code for each thing you wanted. if i still had gmod9 i would gladly make the spawn codes.
i know how to make them (spawncodes) but i don't know what files. can someone PM me a list of models. when i am done, i will give the list and spawncodes to anyone that wants it. OR, i could just up load it.
I have tf2 ragdolls, the spawn codes, and the models in gmod 9, but when i spawn them, then it becomes purple and black checkers. I have the materials the gmod 9 folder, but it wont come out with a material, oh, and i have tf2

That's because it isn't, this was a custom user made model(you could tell from the face, not shown).

you don't, you need gmod10(or gmod9 if you know how to make spawn codes and extract the models)
