A submod for Westeros: Total War designed to bring the look, the feel and the sounds of HBO's Game of Thrones to the world of Westeros. (Alas I have no affiliation with HBO) This submod is currently for version 0.53 of Westeros: Total War which is currently in Alpha stages but with a devoted mod team working hard to bring it to a full release. The submod is compatible with both the Standard (Vanilla) version of Westeros 0.53 and also the Enhanced version. Check the buildings bro, you need the Maester's Tower, you can build it at Winterfell
ooooh that's what hidding behind the Maester's Tower... I was wondering what this building was doing actually because so far I focused on the buildings that makes money or armies. Thanks a lot !
Edit : so I just built a Maester's Tower but I still can't recruit a diplomat, what am I suppose to do ? Any help?
Hi, there are Maester's Quarters and Maester's Towers, the second one is an upgrade and available only on larger settlements like Winterfell. If you can't recruit diplomats after building the tower, then it is a bug. I will check next week.

Hi, they do have the voice lines from the show in the Retro Submod.
It is strange because I just now install the Retro Submod 1.1 and there are no voice lines. Moreover, there is not even music.

Medieval 2 Total War Encountered An Unspecified Error And Will Now Exit I am getting this error in camping mode
I think the 4GB patch is the issue. Without it the campaign won't start.

Moddb.com put it on desktop pc in some random new folder it doesnt matter where, then run the patch as administator, then go to the medevil total war 2 files and select the exe file for the game and the mod

the folder doesn't have kingsdoms.exe, steam game
Copy the medieval2.exe and rename it kingdoms.exe - be mindful that the spelling needs to be correct as well.

I tried out House Targaryen and their scripts in your mod. In the latest release. Daario Naharis doesn't work. His script triggers with the portrait and text. But there are no army or hero spawning. All the other heroes worked.
Just installed the mod and am having issues starting it. Everytime it starts it says "Medieval 2 encountered an unspecified error and will now exit." Unsure of what to do

I don't think so. Is it for specifically the mod or the game in general?
It is for the game in general. If you wanna play mods with high quality models, the 4GB patch is mandatory. Otherwise the mods won't start or soon will cause CTD.
