Frontline Chaos is a Total Conversion mod for C&C Generals Zero Hour. It will replace the original sides, and introduce two brand new armies: Revenant and Legion. The mod's goals are to supply a completely new story, including campaigns for both sides, and a balanced and fun multiplayer experience.

See, that's someone that gets it... Gamers want to be able to get all unlocks :P

As for the 4th rank five protocol, commandset.ini says the're only 3 position, but when i screwed up something in a .wnd file and killed the screens functionality it really did have a fourth button on the rank 5 row. So, i think it's possible.

P.s. don't ask me about .wnd's, my screwed up .wnd file was nothing more than a bad renaming job, which failed utterly.

Yeah, after sneaking around in other mods' ini files, I noticed some mods also have the 4th Rank 5 button enabled. I need to see how it looks ingame, and what unlock I will hook up to it.

Description

Instead of using the original GenPower system from Generals for both armies, Legion uses a slightly different system. You still unlock powers/units/upgrades/veterancy as you normally did, but now they are grouped in 4 Protocols: Technological Warfare, Cybernetic Warfare, Dark Academy and Armoured Fist.
You unlock a Protocol tree with Rank 1; your generic Rank 1 GenPower that gives you an unit or a special power. With this Rank 1 unlock, you can choose to buy the Rank 3 and the Rank 5 power. Rank 5 can be bought independently from Rank 3. The Rank 3 Expansion requires the Rank 3 power, and is generally an upgrade to Rank 1 and 3, but fully optional.
Only Rank 5 are the offensive powers (or in case of Cybernetic Warfare, something similar but still different). There is no limit to the amount of Protocols you unlock during a battle.

The icons and unlocks seen here can still change. If Generals supports it, I might give the Armoured Fist protocol a Rank 5 power.
