Frontier for Skyrim is a massive landmass mod which introduces a new continent to the game. This is the land of unexplored wilderness filled with barbarians and threats, but also towering cities, proud castles and thriving villages.
Again, a monthly update on what's going on with Frontier for Skyrim. The progress is steady for the most part, as long as RL doesn't interfere.

This monthly update comes a bit late. Apologies. Last month wasn't all good and flowery for Frontier, since RL concerns took most of my time. That's the way it is with modding, unfortunately, and RL needs to come first. I was still able to get in some good work on Frontier though.
The north of the continent is shaping up nicely. I can actually see a light at the end of the tunnel right now, since I have only a few pockets of undone areas to complete before the first beta. Pockets, interiors and then some finishing touches and the beta of the land will be released. I'm really proud of how the north is turning out. It feels like when I created the desert for Dibella's Watch. It's desert but with snow.
Let's get to the screenshots. Some of these are quite dark and gloomy, but that's how the weather conditions are up there in the parts where I've put in my work recently. As always, keep checking the development blog for the absolutely latest! Stay tuned.
Now witness grandeur:
