Thargoid Laser Bug Fix file - Freelancer: Mostly Harmless mod for Freelancer

Bug fix for Thargoid Laser only having a range of 225m, now increased to 3000m like all other lasers in the mod. Also the thargoid laser was using a different effect to the one I intended, this has also been updated. No FLMM for this as it's only one file. Unzip and copy into your Freelancer installation folder.
