FragOut! is a Half Life 2 multiplayer mod, in which you only get different kinds of grenades to fight with, instead of the usual weapons. Forcing players to adapt at using only throwing weapons new tactics are sure to arise!
Yes, it's a wind grenade, which has magic attributes.
To symbolize the wind and make it rememberable, Duck wanted a sail on a nade, I wanted a boat, so now it's a sailboat!
(The Health Nade, which was already posted here, will be remodeled, because I wasn't satisfied with the old look. Also it may become something different then gas grenade [...])
Add a doll on it and you pull the doll out then through it after theres a scream of the doll being tossed away!
Or Sail pin sounds good make this grenade go farther than other grenades.
Lol that's a funny (but wtf) idea actually.
Though i fear i have to disappoint you, because
1.) Humans/ dolls are quite hard to model and need either a good texture or lots of additional tris (and we want a good performance, dont we?)
2.) small dolls are even harder, because people may can't see them properly :P
So summed up: I think the sail would work better and relates better to the wind thingy.
Anyways, crazy suggestions are always welcome.
(Though its unlikely that modeller can be moved to create a new set when they finished modelling and started animating already, so make sure you rather suggest on upcoming grenades) ;)

i was having this idea too for the secondary attack, but then we would've needed two world models and things would've become much more complicated :/

Pulling out the oar seems like it would be a very awkward animation anyway.
