HOW TO INSTALL & LAUNCH:
Default Amnesia custom story installation.
Extract the files into your "custom_stories" -folder inside the Amnesia main directory.
Launch from the Amnesia: The Dark Descent main menu, from the custom stories option.

Perhaps my computer has a bad file but this custom story has a map bug that has prevented me from progressing where a wall is simply pushed back farther then it should revealing a opening in the map. The first time this happened to me was in chapter 1 where you have to pull a lever behind the painting if anyone can help me on this I would appreciate it

In the laboratory in chapter 3, I can't progress further because I have filled the jar with acid in previous chapters. When clicking on the mixing contraption nothing happens even though I have all the ingredients. Is there any solution to this problem or do I have to restart the mod, because I won't be playing from the start again. I suggest putting a limit to collecting acid from the first barrel, so that people won't have problems like I did.
The acid wouldn't matter. I highly doubt that all the ingredients had actually been collected.
Chapter 2, book puzzle there is one book missing and i cant go further
same here about chapter 2 and the book puzzle, one book is missing and no memento about the mechanism and "i should look for more" and the chemistry pot for acid is missing
Sounds like you have mixed up the Complete Trilogy version with the old 2012 version.
how did i did that and what do i do to play the new one since i downloaded this version
Delete everything followed by death related in your custom_stories folder and reinstall this: Moddb.com. Do not use outdated language translations.

In chapter 1, theres supposed to be a lever behind a painting to open the hidden passageway, but theres nothing there. Just a wall.
It's not supposed to be behind a painting. Not after v1.2.1 at least.

The mod is interesting, but has a lot of bugs in the first chapter. invisible wall at the very beginning of the game. in the forest, the player can fall down under the textures and will not get out ... The mod is not professional at the moment. I can't play
Unfortunately most of these 'random' game breaking bugs are out of my control.
I haven't been able to replicate this bug in question.
You could try to use unmodded vanilla Amnesia and do not download any language packs related to this mod.

The map "011_Dungeon_Hub.map"
A black triangle appears next to the player on textures. If the player moves, then this triangle also moves with the player... Can this bug be fixed?
No, since I did not create the HPL2 engine. And it's not that serious.
When i tried to open the cellar of the castle door it tells me that could not load the script file v1.3.0/maps/004_cellar.hps!
