An intense Survival Horror Shooter set in the closing days of The Uprising in City 13, where a massive biological counter-attack against the Resistance has left Sector-13 swarming with Necrotic Infection. When significant Combine Operations are threatened with Necrotic outbreak, drastic measures are made to secure high priority sectors and Sterilization Teams are implanted to numerous locales to suppress the infection.
