The Galaxy has seen a time of peace during the Pellaeon–Gavrisom Treaty. However something long forgotten stirs in the underworld, and threatens the peace everyone has worked so hard to achieve. One of the newer starships churned out by the New Republic, the Republic class was used by several organizations as well as the New Republic. While armed to the teeth, it was also dirt cheap to build and modify making it one of the more common heavy cruisers in the fleet, as well as one of the most fragile. The modular construction lead to the hull being quite fragile compared to similar craft. The cruiser comes with two squadrons of Defender starfighters, making for an ideal escort.

Last I heard it couldn't handle custom models and just showed bright green skeletons
It can handle custom models, you just need to load the shaders into the mod/game folder. I can give specific instructions if you need me to.
I would really, really appreciate that. I've been trying to get it or something else to work for a couple years now, and I was thinking I would have to teach myself how to use 3ds Max.
I don't use max, so it's better if you ask someone like Burnstrobe or Geronimo about it. I'm more along the lines of coding and icons. Sorry about that.
No no, I just need to get the .alo viewer working, this is for a different project requiring top-down views of starship models. I can do it in game but it's a pain to get them without shadows and other discolorations.
