In comments seen on other major sites (I will not mention) news of games and mods, internet users are still skeptical about the real differences FarCry mod 2010. Here is a comparison in high resolution, Fort level. All the catches were made exactly the same places. FarCry FarCry and 2010 with the same parameters. I think afterthis, the doubts will be less great. I will also comparisons for other levels Carrier and Training.

Natural creations look :D
Human creations look :/ (only some texture and illumination?)
Indoor stuff would be much harder to fix because of the way it's made. Plus, it's stood the test of time a bit better than the outdoor sections.
You're absolutely right. The differences are less obvious in the inner zone.

Now it looks like Crysis on medium maybe even high :)
In the ship the wall textures do rather look like rock or cliff textures, there is no metal look anymore. But the outdoor areas look really amazing, I love the new vegetation there. ;)
Amazing work! When I first saw some junglefootage I thought ist was a mod that rebuilds Far Cry in the Cryengine 2 and not pimp Cryengine 1!^^
